You really have to be careful with these non prescription pills since it's very hard to know what you're getting. Even the experts struggle based on the limited information on the packages (and whether or not it's truthful!). If you want to avoid prescriptions, Phentramin d is pretty much the only choice out there that's safe and as effective as the prescription pills.
